Haus Adima — Born to Lead

The Craft

From the cloth to the box — six stages, none of them shortened.

01 · The cloth

We work in 100% cotton petit piqué — the fine honeycomb knit that has defined the luxury polo for close to a century. Its surface gives the shirt the body it needs and releases heat under high-output stage lighting.

02 · Cut to shape

Every size is cut from its own pattern rather than scaled uniformly from one. Shoulder, armhole and waist are recalculated for each.

03 · The details

Natural mother-of-pearl buttons. A ribbed collar that returns to position after you look down at a slide and back up again. The Haus Adima mark is embroidered at the left chest — embroidered, never printed, so it will not lift, crack or fade under steam.

04 · Numbered

We make exactly one hundred and sixty-eight pieces a year. Each carries its number on the inner label: 2026 · 087/168. When the edition is complete we stop until the following year — we do not produce more, even when there are men still asking.

05 · Your name

If you wish, we embroider your name or your signature inside the collar, at no cost. After that stage, nobody else in the world owns this shirt.

06 · Inspected three times

Cloth inspected before cutting. Seams inspected after making. A final inspection before the shirt enters its box. One detail wrong and the piece is rejected — never downgraded, never discounted, never released.

The House Service

Four things arrive with every piece. None of them is an extra, and none of them has ever been charged for separately.

I

The Fitting

45 minutes

One specialist, one client, no one else in the room. We take your measure and ask what your work actually demands — which rooms, how large, what the lighting does to a colour.

II

The Image Session

60 minutes

A separate hour on how you are seen from a stage: colour against your set, what a camera does to a collar, what to wear on the day that matters. You leave with a written note, not a sales pitch.

III

Your Name

Embroidered

Your name or your signature, worked inside the collar where only you will see it. Included, never an upcharge. After this stage only one of these shirts exists.

IV

The Register

For life

Your piece is numbered and you are entered in the Register. Each year: a complimentary re-measure, a renewal of the garment, and first sight of the coming edition before it is announced.

The shirt is what you take home. It is not what you are paying for.

Letters from the house

One letter a month: notes on the making, on bearing, and word of each year’s edition before it is announced. No advertising. No promotions.
