Size exchange

Free of charge, once, within 30 days of receipt. The piece must be unworn, with tags and box intact. We cover carriage both ways.

Returns

Within 7 days of receipt, an unworn piece with tags intact may be returned in full. No reason is required.

Lifetime seam guarantee

A loose thread, a fault in a seam, a fault in the embroidery — repaired at no charge, with no time limit and no receipt required.

Not covered: damage from misuse (hot washing, chlorine bleach), tearing from impact, or alterations carried out by a third party.

Renewal service

After twelve months of wear, return the shirt to Haus Adima. We inspect it, remove pilling, reinforce the stress points and return it to you.
