168pieces a year
An entire year of production
One hundred and sixty-eight shirts. That is the whole year. When they are gone we stop until the next one — even while men are still asking.
Haus Adima · Singapore
Italian soul. German discipline. Made for the men who stand in front of the room — speakers, trainers, founders.
A leader does not need to raise his voice to be heard. His bearing has already spoken for him.
Haus Adima exists for the moment you walk onto a stage, take your seat at the negotiating table, or stand before a hundred people waiting for your first sentence. We do not make a shirt. We make a posture.
The Haus Adima storyThe Founder
Tim Sim spent years buying Italian. He loved what Italy understood about a garment — the fall of a shoulder, the weight of a cloth, the confidence to leave a detail unspoken.
He also drove German. And somewhere between the two, a question formed: why should beauty and reliability belong to different countries? A car that starts on the five-hundredth morning exactly as it did on the first is not a lesser thing than a beautiful one. It is a harder thing to build.
Haus Adima was founded on that question. The name begins with the German word for house, and the house keeps German rules: one specification, held; one price, held; one number of pieces each year, held.
Comfortable enough to forget you are wearing it. Considered enough that the room does not. Tim Sim · Managing DirectorInside the house

Because you are not buying a shirt. You are buying the way a room reads you in the three seconds before you speak.

105minutes with us
Forty-five minutes taking your measure, and sixty more on how you are seen from a stage. No other house gives you this, at any price.
1name inside
Your name or your signature embroidered inside the collar, and your number entered in the Register. After that, only one of these exists.
0times on sale
Not once since the first day. The shirt you buy this morning will not be cheaper next month — a commitment very few houses are willing to make.
Four things arrive with every piece. None of them is an extra, and none of them has ever been charged for separately.
I
One specialist, one client, no one else in the room. We take your measure and ask what your work actually demands — which rooms, how large, what the lighting does to a colour.
II
A separate hour on how you are seen from a stage: colour against your set, what a camera does to a collar, what to wear on the day that matters. You leave with a written note, not a sales pitch.
III
Your name or your signature, worked inside the collar where only you will see it. Included, never an upcharge. After this stage only one of these shirts exists.
IV
Your piece is numbered and you are entered in the Register. Each year: a complimentary re-measure, a renewal of the garment, and first sight of the coming edition before it is announced.
The shirt is what you take home. It is not what you are paying for.
Speakers on stages of a thousand. Trainers who teach every week. Founders at the head of the table.
“I teach eight hours a day. This is the only shirt still holding its shape at the end of it.”

Every Haus Adima piece carries a single price. No seasonal sale. No discount codes. No struck-through “original price”. The man who buys today and the man who buys six months from now pay the same figure — because the value of the shirt does not move with a promotional calendar.
Haus Adima · Born to Lead
Forty-five minutes for the measure, sixty more for how you are seen. One specialist, no one else in the room, and no one asking you to decide today.
Bearing, stagecraft, and the small details that shape how a leader is seen.

The room has heard nothing yet. It is only looking. Most of its attitude is decided in those three seconds.
